These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roof Parcel LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Roofers Radar ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Roofers Radar platform located at roofersradar.com (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Roofers Radar provides storm-damage lead generation tools for roofing contractors. The Service allows users to upload storm and hail map images, identify affected geographic areas, and retrieve property records within those areas from our enterprise property database. Optional skip tracing services provide contact information for property owners.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and verifying it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@roofersradar.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
The Service offers tiered record packs (Scout, Chaser, Interceptor, and Commander) with pricing as listed on our pricing page. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Plan credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Overage charges may apply if your usage exceeds your plan's included record allocation. Overage pricing is displayed before you confirm any order that would exceed your balance.
You agree not to:
(a) Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, and the CAN-SPAM Act;
(b) Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data obtained through the Service without our prior written consent;
(c) Use the data to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual;
(d) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
(e) Upload malicious content, introduce viruses, or interfere with the Service's operation;
(f) Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal API or interface usage.
Property data provided through the Service is sourced from enterprise-grade third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all property records or contact information are complete, current, or error-free.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any data obtained through the Service complies with all applicable laws, including TCPA, DNC, and state-specific telemarketing regulations. We provide DNC flags and TCPA litigator screening as tools to assist compliance, but these do not constitute legal advice.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at roofersradar.com/privacy.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and content, is owned by Roof Parcel LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (such as storm map images). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
All plan purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you purchase a plan and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting support@roofersradar.com. Unused credits expire twelve (12) months after purchase.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roof Parcel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roof Parcel LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@roofersradar.com. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
