What's a credit?

1 credit = 1 property record — residential or commercial, including the owner's name and mailing address. Skip-tracing (phone + email) costs extra credits per record:

Residential basic skip: 1 credit (up to 5 phones, 3 emails)
Commercial full skip: 5 credits (property + LLC mailing — surfaces the human)
Registered agent auto-skip: drops to 1 credit (CT Corp, CSC, mail drops)
No-match refund: 0 credits if both traces come back empty

Can I get a refund?

If a record comes back with no usable contact data on a skip-trace, you don't pay for it — credits return to your balance automatically. Outside of that we'll work it out one-on-one; email admin@roofersradar.com.

When do credit packs expire?

Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Buy a Commander pack in April, you have until next April to spend it — even across multiple storms.

How much does a credit cost?

Property records run from 1.5¢ at the Scout tier down to 0.5¢ at the Commander tier. Phone numbers and emails (skip trace) add 3× the property rate per record.

How does commercial skip-tracing work on credits?

Residential = 1 credit per property (full owner contact). Commercial = up to 5 credits, because we run a second skip on the LLC mailing address to surface the actual human. Registered agents (CT Corp, CSC, etc.) auto-skip back to 1 credit.
